TeamSpyder charges a fixed shipping rate regardless of destination based on the following table
Each Spyder item class will have standard weight assigned for ease of computation, see table:

Shipping costs will be based on total order weight, with the costs as follows:

All orders 3,000 pesos and above will have free shipping nationwide.
After you have successfully placed your order you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
In Metro Manila Areas: 3 – 7 calendar days (except Sundays and holidays)
In Non-Metro Manila Areas: 6 – 12 calendar days (except Sundays and holidays)
In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your product due to a defect, you need to report the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product. Our customer support staff will work with you to address the problem and will either send replacement parts or authorize a return.
Shipping costs for Items shipped back due to our error such as wrong item shipped, defect, and the like will be absorbed by Spyder Adventure Outlets.
Depending on your location, we reserve the right to request you to drop off defective items at the nearest Spyder Store for service or replacement.
Items shipped back to us without a return authorization coming from our customer support official email address will be deemed invalid and thus not eligible for a refund or replacement.
