Teamspyder.com charges a fixed rate shipping based on destination and quantity order per category shipped within the Philippines. Shipping will be computed after you enter your complete address. For ease and easier understanding, below is a table for the standard shipping charges along with the free shipping minimum.

After you have successfully placed your order you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
In Metro Manila Areas: 2 – 4 calendar days (except Sundays and holidays)
In Non-Metro Manila Areas: 6 – 12 calendar days (except Sundays and holidays)
There may be instances that is beyond our control. In the event of sudden disruptions due to weather, sudden lockdowns, shipping restrictions our team will do our best to keep track of the shipment and keep you informed. Rest assured that we will do our best to get your items on time.
In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your product due to a defect, you need to report the issue to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Our customer support staff will work with you to address the problem and will either send replacement parts or authorize a return.
Shipping costs for Items shipped back due to our error such as wrong item shipped, defect, and the like will be absorbed by Spyder Adventure Outlets.
Depending on your location, we reserve the right to request you to drop off defective items at the nearest Spyder Store for service or replacement.
Items shipped back to us without a return authorization coming from our customer support official email address will be deemed invalid and thus not eligible for a refund or replacement.
