Warranty (Eyewear)
All Spyder eyewear is warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase against damages deemed as manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase.
Damage arising due to improper use or care and normal wear and tear is not covered. Scratched lenses are not covered under Spyder’s warranty policy. Replacement lenses can either be purchased through your local authorized Spyder dealer or at TeamSpyder.com.
Please advise us by email at customerservice@teamspyder.com with your claim and picture of the defect/damaged item. After investigation and should the damage be deemed as a manufacturer defect, Spyder will provide you with a Warranty Claim Number (WCN). We will reserve the right to choose between sending you a replacement part free of charge or will request that the item be mailed back to a specific address at the expense of the consumer. Reference your assigned WCN on the outside of your return package. No goods will be accepted nor honored for a warranty claim unless there is a valid WCN quoted. Items repaired/replaced will be shipped back to the consumer at the expense of Teamspyder.com.
