Most orders will be received by the customer within 5-7 working days of placing the order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We ship by domestic air courier suited for your area; the tracking number will be emailed to you once the items have been shipped out. Cost of shipping depends on total weight, destination, and quantity of the order. Rest assured that we charge reasonable shipping and handling charges.

You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. You will also be notified of any other delays beyond 10 days after placing your order. Should there be any delays due to unavailability of the item or any other reason, you will be informed by email &/or telephone of the delay and the expected shipping date. In such instances, you will be given the option of accepting the new delivery date or cancelling the order. If you opt to cancel the order, then a full refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.
