Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction is our main priority. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase from the Spyder Online Store for any reason, we are offering an exchange policy within 10 days upon delivery of your purchase. Please email customerservice@teamspyder.com with your request for exchange, as well as details of the product, your order reference, and reason for the dissatisfaction. Once the request is approved you will be provided with a Returned Goods Number (RGN). Please indicate the assigned RGN reference on the outside of your return package. No goods will be accepted or honored for return under any circumstances without a valid RGN quoted. Items must be returned with original / complete packaging and in perfect condition. Customized product or product that has been abused will not be honored or accepted.
We will only replace the item with another item of the same price. If the item selected for replacement is of a higher price, consumer will have to pay for the price difference. No refund will be made if the replacement chosen is with a lower price. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product.
The item must be received by Spyder Philippines within 7 calendar days after approval of exchange and receipt of the RGN number.
The original delivery charge billed upon purchase will not be refunded. Freight for return of goods will be at the customers account. Returned goods shipped must be sent by registered air mail or courier services with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost during delivery of the item.
